In-Person Reiki Session
In this 60-minute in-person session, you will receive Reiki in a quiet, private setting. You will be fully clothed and lying face-up on a treatment table where Reiki will be offered through a non-invasive, light and caring touch. Placement of my hands will be on the head, the joints and most of the major Chakra points on the torso of your body.
One thing to keep in mind is that Reiki is very experiential. Each one of us is a unique being, so it is quite difficult to explain what might occur during your session. Most of my clients experience Reiki energy in the form of sensations like heat, coolness, tingling or pulsing where I place my hands. Some clients also see colors and visions while in the session, while others fall asleep.
After a Reiki session with me, most clients tell me they feel restored, relaxed, grounded, balanced, and have a sense of overall wellbeing. Most report sleeping well after their session.

Remote Reiki Session
You will need a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed for this 20- to 30-minute session. This will be a time for you to reconnect to yourself as you ground into a deeply relaxed state with Reiki.
We will connect via Zoom. The session will start with a very brief check-in to discuss what is going on emotionally, spiritually and/or physically. After our initial check-in, you may wish to lie down or find a comfortable position to relax for receiving Reiki.
Remote Reiki will be sent into your biofield and body.
During the last 5 minutes of the session, I will share any messages I received, and you’ll be able to ask questions or share your experience as your system integrates with the energy.
One thing to keep in mind is that Reiki is very experiential. Each one of us is a unique being, so it is quite difficult to explain what might occur during your session. Some clients feel the weight of the energy as it moves into and through them. Some clients experience a ringing in their ears from the frequency of the energy. Others are able to go into a deep, relaxed and meditative state.
